Despatch & Delivery
We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accommodate your wishes. Products can be accepted for return if they are un-opened, un-used and sealed in their original packaging. To comply with hygiene regulations we cannot accept products that have been opened or used as returns.

This is my second bottle of this lovely hair cleansing cream. It is easy to use and smells lovely. I no longer have fly away hair after it is washed and I am very pleased with the appearance of my hair.

I am quite impressed with the products and the packaging as well. I am also very impressed with the quantity - it really really good value for money and the delivery time was quicker than expected. I haven't had the chance to use the shampoo just yet, however a few days in I am happy with the hair cleansing cream. I just have to give it some time for my scalp to get used to the product and judge its effects then.
