Orders to the EU include taxes, no further charges will apply when your order is delivered. Taxes for EU orders are paid in advance by us.

Returns
If you change your mind, don't worry. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items to us. Products must be returned to us in saleable condition, unused and with all original packaging and security seals intact. Sadly we're unable to accept products for return which have been used or opened. Returns postage costs will need to be covered by you. Please use a trackable delivery method to return items to us as we can not be held responsible for items that go missing in the postal system.
What to do if your item is faulty
If you've received an item which is faulty, please return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery. The return postage costs will be covered by us once the item has been inspected by us and deemed faulty.
